$5 or Less for Online Property Data Reports

Immediate reports are now available showing extensive property details, tax information, nearby comparable properties, and transfer histories from around the country.  NETRonline, a division of NETR Real Estate Research and Information, adds these new features to its Property Data Store located at www.netronline.com.

For five dollars or less, you can obtain detailed information about a property in moments – everything from sales dates and square feet to loan types and comparables.  No deposits, subscription fees, or minimum purchases are required.  Coverage areas for these reports, as well as for document images and parcel maps, may be found at www.netronline.com.

Interested visitors will be able to search for a property by address and parcel number, and will be able to view the report on their screen.  These reports may be used for determining a market analysis compared to nearby homes, finding assessors’ parcel numbers and recorders’ document ID numbers, tracing ownership of a property, and more.

This enhancement to NETRonline’s document image retrieval service no longer requires one to obtain the document ID number before ordering a deed or map since this number is included in our reports.  Mortgages, leases, liens, easements, and more may also be purchased for as little as three dollars – often less than the cost of parking and making copies at the courthouse.  The cost is per document, whether it is one or one hundred pages long.
