Search for Property Information by Name

How many properties does a landlord own?   Find out now online. NETRonline, a division of NETR Real Estate Research and Information, has added a new feature to its Property Data Store located at www.netronline.com.

Select a state, next a county, then enter a last name.   A list of available reports will be shown.  This feature is available to industry professionals who have completed an application and subscribed to the service.  Once approved, users will find another useful feature: names and mailing addresses are displayed in the reports, which may then be printed directly from your browser

In addition to the data already available to public users, The Transfer Detail Report will now show the owner’s names along with the details of the property’s transactions.  The Property Detail Report will show an owner’s name and mailing address in addition to the existing tax and property characteristics.  The Comparables Report will also show owner’s names for all pro0perties listed – target and comparables.

Due to privacy issues, this new service is not available to every visitor.  Interested professionals will need to fill out an application to be considered.  To find this application online, just log on to www.netronline.com/title and select “Professional Users Subscription Service.”

NETRonline adds this service to its already extensive real estate information portal.   A user will find a comprehensive, free directory of local governments’ Assessors and Recorders offices, including thousands of phone numbers with links to official government web sites and free online databases.  Also available at NETRonline is an environmental real estate forum discussing common hazards such as lead, asbestos and radon, with industry articles, current legislation, and a list of helpful contacts.
