Freddie Mac's Home Value Explorer^sm Now Available

NETR Real Estate Research and Information is proud to offer a product that will streamline business processes by cutting costs, reducing risk, increasing volume, and  saving time as an approved reseller of Freddie Mac’s Home Value Explorer (HVE^®).

We are able to offer you a complete package of real estate information services along with the best automated valuation model (AVM) available today.  No other AVM has the precision, national geographic coverage, and flexibility of Freddie Mac’s HVE.  In fact, Freddie Mac uses its own models throughout its business including applications such as automated underwriting, quality control and servicing.

HVE is used widely by lending institutions, brokers, real estate appraisers, assessment firms, real estate professionals, and mortgage insurance companies for processing second mortgages, home equity loans and home equity lines of credit, portfolio quality control and loss mitigation.
