Ownership and Encumbrance Info from DuPage County Illinois.

NETR Real Estate Research and Information now provides a report that identifies detailed property ownership and encumbrance information.  Sourced directly from the county recorder's information, the O & E Report provides data as current as is possible at the time of ordering - just like walking into the courthouse.

Now all title searching needs may be performed at one convenient location online.  Results are obtained within minutes, not days, in an easy-to-read .pdf file.  There is no need to transcribe the data, just print and include in your report, or email to your clients.

Able to be searched by parcel number, the Ownership and Encumbrance report provides current ownership information, as well as historical ownership data back to 1985.  A legal description is provided as well, which includes subdivision, section, township, and range information.

This report supplies the current tax amount on the property, the payment status, as well as the past 4 years' tax data.  Visitors who purchase an O and E report will also be provided with all unreleased and released mortgages and liens, assignments, releases, subordinations,  modifications, Lis Pendens, UCC, and more.  These will identify the parties involved, the date of recording, the amount or consideration, and the instrument number of the document.
