Document ImagesPrice: Varies Sample: View Sample Coverage: Click for Coverage There are billions of recorded documents and assorted map images available from more than 190 counties nationwide. Among these documents are Affidavits, Assignments, Deeds, Leases, Liens, Judgments, Transfers, and more. Though database completeness varies by county, if the document you seek was recorded at the county Recorder's office during the time mentioned then chances are that we have it for you. Assorted maps (tract, survey, TMK, plat, parcel, subdivision, assessor, etc) are also available by selecting Document Images, but they require the document ID or book & page to search for them - unlike the "Parcel Maps" which may be searched for by address, parcel number, or name. You will need a tiff viewer installed to be able to view the documents. Click the sample to see if you have a tiff viewer installed. The cost for document images varies by area. Most are $5.00 per document regardless of page amount, except for eight counties which are $1.00 per page. 
Property Detail ReportPrice: $3.50 Sample: View Sample Coverage: Click for Coverage A report identifying several details of a particular property, including parcel number, legal description, square feet, presence of a garage, fireplace or pool, year built, last transfer date and amount, document ID number (required for ordering document images) loan amount, lender name, title company name, land value, tax status, and more. May be searched for by address or parcel number. Only those who have signed up for our Professional Users service will be able to search for this reports by name, as well as view owners names and mailing addresses in the reports. Not all properties and fields are available in all areas; some fields my be blank. For example, there are 41 fields of data available in the Property Detail report. We created this report to be able to accommodate all the different types of data that may be available. Most reports generated populate about 50% of the total data fields. Urban California reports generally fall in the 80th percentile, while other areas may fall below 40%. 
Transfer Detail ReportPrice: $5.00 Sample: View Sample Coverage: Click for Coverage A report identifying transfer of ownership of a particular property back in time approximately 5 - 10 years. Will include transfer dates & amounts, document ID numbers (required for document image samples), parcel number, lender name, title company name, loan amount and type, and more. In the event that we can only report back 5 years on a property, and the last transaction was 8 years ago, there will be no information available. Though some refinance information may be shown, assignments and releases will not. Transfer Detail Reports can be searched for by address or parcel number. Only those who have signed up for our Professional Users service will be able to search for this reports by name, as well as view owners names and mailing addresses in the reports. Comparable Properties ReportPrice: $5.00 Sample: View Sample Coverage: Click for Coverage This is not an appraisal and should not be used in place of one. No market analysis or market value is provided or implied. Though a report may be available, sales data will not be provided in non-disclosure states such as Texas. Refund will not be provided under this circumstance. A report identifying a number of comparable properties to one you have chosen, based on several factors such as square feet, sales price, assessed value, number of rooms, etc. May be searched for by address or parcel number. Only those who have signed up for our Professional Users service will be able to search for this reports by name, as well as view owners names and mailing addresses in the reports. The Comparables Properties Report locates properties within a small radius, typically 1 mile. It is possible that say, in rural areas, we may not have the same information available as in suburban or urban areas. In most cases, between 20 and 30 residential comparables will be returned, though this number may be much less for rural, industrial, commercial, or vacant property, when less data is available. Parcel MapsPrice: $3.00 Sample: View Sample Coverage: Click for Coverage Digital images of parcel maps from county assessing agencies. Not all maps are available in all areas. May be searched for by address or parcel number. Those who have signed up for our Professional Users service may also search by name. Parcel maps are provided in TIFF format, and a viewer is required. Assorted maps (tract, survey, TMK, plat, parcel, etc) are also available by selecting Document Images, but they require the document ID or book & page to search for them. 
Index SearchesPrice: $6.00-$9.00 Sample: View Sample Coverage: Click for Coverage For some counties we have the ability to search the Recorder's Index using simple and advanced searches. A Name Search (price: $6.00) may be done by name and start date. A Tract Search (price: $9.00) may be done by name, start and stop date, metes & bounds, subdivision, parcel number, and type of document: deed, mortgage, lien, release, etc. For both Name and Tract Searches, we will return a maximum of 200 results. We will include a link to the details of the document when available (free), as well as a link to add the document image to your cart (charged at $1.00 per page). |
